Beautiful room, most comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely breakfast. Very helpful staff.
The room that we stayed in was a double two story room which was nice. The A/C machine in the upper area was noisy and didnt really seem to do much cooling. The continental breakfast was nothing to brag home about.
Beautiful place to stay! We had the loft with king bed and it was amazing- It had a spiral staircase, two tv's, a fireplace, and a living area. It also had air conditioning which is always a must for me! I will say the best part was probably how big and comfortable the bed was, definitely worth every penny. It also comes with complimentary breakfast that was also very yummy. The one thing is that I wish It had a tub, although the shower was huge and very nice!
Great food, attentive staff, and quick service. If you want to avoid waits at dinnertime, reserve or arrive before 5 pm. Awesome all around dining experience. Pizza was delicious:)
Very nice and spacious rooms, good service and close to everything. Smack in the middle of Banff downtown. Breakfast is not so great but it does the job. Would prefer some more hot breakfast items.
