Not overly impressed with this place. We booked it for a birthday trip and probably would not come back. The hotel looks nice outside and the lobby is nice but this place needs some serious work. We rented a room with a king bed with a sofa bed. The sofa had some serious stains that made me not sleep on it. The rooms are hot with no ac. All that was provided was a fan. Also the room came with a patio that had 2 cheap white chairs and there was 3 people booked in this room. Over our 5 day trip with was the most disappointing stay. Our room was not ready for us when we arrived and we where even 1h after checkin time. After bringing it up with staff all the lady could say sorry and that they knew the hotel needed work. Over all the staff was nice but I really was unsure about how clean our room was and the quality of our stay was not worth the money spent.
Service was great. Kept very clean, lots of parking available and not too far from the town. Inside, there is a jacuzzi, sauna and pool to use! Each room has a balcony with a nice view of the mountains as well. Additionally, there are many vending machines, a convenience store and restaurant located inside the building.
Friendly desk staff. Free access to ROAM bus service in the pouring rain was much appreciated. The Inns are located about 1,5 km from the centre; okay to walk but nice to have the bus as a backup plan. However, rooms are hot and stuffy. Balcony door is the only option for ventilation and causes a lot of noise from traffic. Floors are creaky and the carpets are old. They dont look very clean. Walls are paper thin, so good luck sleeping at night with all the noises from the hallway.Beds are really small. Youll get 2 double beds, but Id rather have a proper sized Queen (or rather a King - being used to that as a European...) so my partner and I can fit comfortably into one bed.Bathroom is small and clean on the surface (just dont look behind the toilet). Towels are a bit limited. Even though the shower is hot and has enough power, the bath doesnt drain well so youre up to your ankles in water.
I don't know if I would stay there again. Prices were really great but our part of hotel was pretty old. Clean but old. If you are going to stay here ask to stay on main hotel side and not that building off to the side. Beds were small and not the greatest for comfort. Foods was good though in restaurant.
When we arrived at midnight (I called a few hours prior to make sure that there's no issues with that), it took about 4-5 minutes to have someone assist us at the front desk. The guy was in another room and was "warming up his food" without thinking there was anything wrong with me constantly asking out loud if anyone was working there. Room was pretty spacious. The blanket had a few light yellow stains, which was a bit disgusting. The bathroom was operational but the tub was pretty dirty, as well as the ceiling having several yellow stains. When you pay $170 for a room per night, you'd expect a lot more.
