Very nice hotel and a great location. The room was two floors with ample room. There was a strange noise but other than that good stay.
We've been offered with a larger room due to our wedding anniversary, and this loft is really spacious, comfortable and cozy. Furniture is not so fresh everywhere, but overall it's pretty modern.This room has a bit of a mountain (but mostly air conditioner) view and nice sofa. The TV upstairs is a joke, but you don't come to Banff and watch TV, aren't you?Staff is very helpful, reception is quite fascinating with all the lights over it, but what you should keep in mind is parking. It has only 6'1" clearance, so be careful. If you won't fit, staff should offer a replacement spot on the street, but it's very limited
The lobby area is really nice and the decorations are nice, but two outlets near the washroom did not work. The bed was very soft, which I liked. It's an older hotel, so I think they're trying to up its functionality. The placement of the hotel is great because it's close to the shops of Banff. I don't know if I'd stay here again admittedly.....like, maybe? If the price is cheap.
An excellent place to stay with a superb location at the start of the main block of shops and bars. From the moment we checked in, Matthew at reception was excellent, providing us with great service throughout. I would highly recommend if staying in Banff for a few days.
Great location, right off the main Street of the town. Walking distance from great food spots. Clean room. Only downside was that there was construction right outside my window which acted as my wake up call.
