Overall amazing stay at Moose Hotel & Suites. The staff was extremely helpful when we arrived a few hours before offer check-in time. They offered to upgrade us to a suite but we of to stick with our room instead. The hotel is very modern and spacious. When booking a place to stay location is important, no one wants to trek too far to eat or drink. Location is what this hotel has to offer. It's right on the main drag! Highly recommend Moose Hotel & Suites. Also many thanks to Corey from Australia who was a great help during our stay!
Well designed modern hotel, with very spacious suites, of high quality. Great bathrooms and large TV. The one missing was a stove top to cook food in the mini kitchen area, but there is a fridge and microwave. Free underground parking is a bonus.
Amazing lodge. The room was clean and well equipped. Super cool set up and the hot pools on the roof top were the highlight. We used the spa and had a very relaxing time. Fitness center is great and we'll equipped. This is right on the main drag and within walking distance to anything you want or need in Banff. The restaurant is nice and food was good.
An incredible hotel. Every detail is hand crafted and no stone left unturned to make this a wonderful experience! The hotel is impeccable from top to bottom. Staff is wonderful, and we had zero complaints. Easy access to everything and close to downtown, and the rooftop heated pools are amazing! 10/10 would recommend and stay again!
This hotel is excellent! The location is right off downtown making it very easy to get to shopping and dining. The rooms were very clean and properly stocked. We were greeted by the hotel employees as soon as we entered the lobby. Check in went very quickly and any questions we had were answered. The hotel offers free WiFi, plenty of outlets in the rooms, updated bathrooms and furniture, a restaurant, and of course the luxurious spa, sauna, and hot pools. The staff was very friendly and would greet us in the hall as we walked by. The rooms are located off of outdoor hallways, but are kept looking nice. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel to stay in and is highly recommended.
