bit pricey but good5.25 parking. large queens room. whirlpool bath was great. good location. staff helpful. internet free good.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was polite, engaging and considerate. The free breakfast was simple but high quality. My room did get somewhat warm at night but was easily bearable. I would stay here again.

Yeah just super. A room with a view. $360 to look at pigeons and grease soaked parking lot. Hey it's ok. You can't hear ANYONE skate boarding and talking at night over the single ceiling fan going 3000RPM trying to keep the heat off your sweating body as you wish it would come flying off the ceiling and rid you of your experience. Highly recommended for large families in need of comfortable lodgings. Ive stayed all over the world for business and pleasure and besides the parking and location....that's all you get.

Great location, underground parking available for $5 per night (totally worth the price as parking is scarce), decent breakfast options (oatmeal, fresh fruit, three cereal choices, juice, coffee, toast, bagels), friendly staff, queen deluxe room with double jacuzzi was spacious. Only negatives were a slight musty smell on a couple pillows and no air conditioner even though hallways had a/c (but there was a stand-up fan in the room). Not a big deal for winter, but makes for hot summer nights! Otherwise, very pleased overall, we would stay again and recommend to others.

For a hotel with room rates of $200+ per night I am extremely disappointed. Other than being in a convenient location to downtown, there was nothing that impressed me about this hotel. The staff seemed friendly enough, but did not go out of their way to make your stay better. The staff working in the Breakfast Nook were not cleaning tables, cleaning counters, clearing plates, or restocking items. All the tables were dirty when we arrived for breakfast. The rooms were very musty smelling, as was the bedding. We had no hot water in our bathroom sink tap, only the shower. Parking underground is an extra $6 per night, which is ridiculous for a hotel that charges so much per night. Front desk staff seemed very confused when we tried to pay for our room in cash, something so simple should not have been such an issue. Overall I am thoroughly not impressed and would recommend literally any other hotel in Banff. If its a convenient location you are after, there are much better options.
