Hotel was clean. It was really nice that they allow pets. Breakfast was decent. Staff were great. Would definitely stay there again
Very nice hotel, and I couldn't ask for a better location. The rooms were great, and had the comfiest bed I've ever been on (king suite). The included breakfast buffet in the morning was incredible to say the least. My only complaint keeping me from giving 5-stars are that sound travels very easily (you could hear everything from your neighbors or anything in the hallway) and the clean up crew wasn't very good (rooms were clean but didn't replace cups and forgot towels some days). I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
This was one of our stops during a journey through the rockies, by far the best hotel we stopped in. The rooms are spacious, the restaurants offer a range of food suitable for all tastes and breakfast is available. Not much fitness equipment but the leisure facilities were more than adequate to cater for the amount of guests there. The staff are all extremely welcoming and there to help with any queries. Would highly recommend.
Location to main shopping strip of Banff is excellent. Nice rooms, great bathroom. Breakfast is not great in the restaurant downstairs though.
Great location as located right in town and walking distance to everything- all the shops, restaurants and touristy location with free shuttle to popular destinations. The hotel room was remodeled but a little small. It was comfortable with a small balcony. It was quite noisy but its located on busy street. The jacuzzi was nice indoor and not packed. Staff was meh. Could have better service. They had no early check in and you can leave your luggage in the lobby. Breakfasts was good. The made to order eggs and omelet was the best thing there. Free parking is a big plus.
