Have stayed here 10+ times. Always good. Reasonably priced especially for having breakfast included. If they had a waffle maker in the breakfast area it would be even better.

Great value, the hotel is well kept and has very nice staff. I asked the front desk for a few suggestions and extra towels, they were always very helpful. Checkin was very smooth, a fellow named Shaun helped me. Surprisingly casual, but was very efficient and professional. The room was nice clean and spacious, fairly updated. Housekeeping was good, although grout in the shower needs maintenance and beds were not perfectly made. Air conditioner was a bit noisy but did the job. The bar fridge made way to much noise so I had to turn it off (there is a power bar). Rooms do not have much noise insulation from the hallway, you can hear people talking, but no issues late at night. Hot tub, sauna and steam room were amazing, very clean and comfortable. I wish there was an option to cool off after a steam or soak.

My wife and I stayed three nights at this property while in Banff. Shawn at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had a quiet and comfortable room and he was always fun to chat with coming in/out of the property. The balance of the front desk staff was pleasant also, but Shawn just our favorite. The room and the amenities at the property were quite comfortable and modern. The breakfast location was always really crowded so we went next door to the neighboring hotel and ate there each morning as it was just more relaxing. The property is toward the northern end of the main street (Banff Ave) so a 15 minute walk or a short ride on the local public transportation will get you downtown to the main events area. We would definitely stay here again, but I think the hotel is missing out on a nice opportunity to provide a better breakfast experience.

The family spent three nights in the hotel over a week. It was very clean, well kept and had a nice area for dinner and breakfast. It is a short 10 min walk to downtown Banff and they have a large underground parking garage. Note it is first come first serve - there is only about 50 spots for a 90-100 guest rooms. If you don't get a soft you must park on the street.Breakfast was included and had a good selection.

Front desk was very helpful. Walked in off the street without a reservation and she was very friendly. Happened to have a vacancy and even offered us an economy room when she realized we were on a smaller budget. Very nice clean rooms
