This place had some unreal steaks. Some of the best I've had. There is no reason to get the wedge salad... Highly disappointing but the wonderful staff made it more than right.
Service and courtesy are excellent. I had the boar pork chop that was outstanding.
Amazing food, try the wagyu steak and whipped potatoes- amazing! Probably our favorite restaurant anywhere. Excellent service as well.
The 1888 is a very nice steakhouse. Be prepared for the expensive menu, but the food and service are worth it. I shared the 110$ porterhouse with a friend, and along with 2 side dishes, we ended up with our bellies full! The waiter was charming, and could even talk with us in french! If you want to splurge on a AAA evening, the 1888 is a great place!
Hands down the best meal you will ever have. Service is top notch, cocktails are delicious, the food quality is beyond measure. Nick, our waiter was knowledgeable and very attentive. He made our honeymoon celebration even more special.
