We had the fire starter for our appetizer and had the slow cook lamb. It was the perfect meal to end our long day of hiking and driving. It was delicious! The customer service was also excellent!
A welcoming place for all ages. There doesn't seem to have a wheelchair access, that I am aware of. The service was great, smiled a lot and knowledgeable of the menu. We ordered Kalamari, Beef & lamb mix wrap and Moussaka with red sangria. They were all great, it tasted fresh ingredients, but others can perceive some foods as mild. A warning, moussaka can take 25-30 minutes to cook, but well worth the wait. They are all highly recommended. My only downside here is the price.
If you enjoy Mediterranean food, this is the place for you. One critique that I have is that their service was not prompt. We had reservations and were made to stand at the door for more than five minutes without even a hello or promise to be right with us. I could excuse this if it were busy but the place was well over half empty. On the bright side, the food was delicious. I had the beef souvlaki, and while the beef itself was prepared fine, it was the lemon potatoes that stole the show. So much flavor. Plus the greek salad had an enormous chunk of sheep feta and it was perfectly tangy. I also had an old fashioned, the flavour was okay, but the drink itself was a touch watery for my tastes. All in all a good experience and I would in fact recommend it.
Outstanding restaurant. It's been a while since I went for Greek food and I was a little hesitant but I'm glad I gave this spot a try. For one, our server was outstanding - very prompt and attentive, and he even brought my girlfriend two wine tasters when she was trying to decide between two different types of wine. For drinks, they have a nice selection, including a number of classic cocktails. I had their Manhattan, which was excellent. The food itself was delicious. I had their Chicken souvlaki and was very impressed with the overall quality. I have had larger portions elsewhere, particularly when it came to rice, but other than that, I have nothing but good things to say. This place is not cheap, but I didn't come away feeling the money was not well-spent. Definitely worth trying.
I've been coming here for the past 5 years. Over the last two years, it has declined to the point where I no longer visit. The service is still great, but the quality of the food and the portion sizes have declined to the point where the price is no longer justified. Don't get me wrong, the food is still decent, but I grew up eating home cooked geek food. This was the place I'd go to enjoy that food again - not anymore however.
