Really good portion size. Good restaurant for vegans/vegetarians. Beautiful Burrito is unreal. Mac and Squeeze was a bit salty for my taste. Overall amazing food and service. Highly recommended.
Had a great dinner experience. Server was on point, the cocktails were beautiful delicious. Also one of the best veggie burgers I have ever eaten. Washrooms are shared with other restaurants so they weren't my favorite thing. Every thing else was great, a good vegan-healthy restaurant to try out in Banff!
I have been here twice and I've thoroughly enjoyed my meals but each time I find the portions lacking. Maybe it's me. I eat a lot of food, specially being vegetarian and active. The plates are well presented and prepared lovely. The mac and squeeze was awesome. I ordered the full size and left hungry, definitely could have eaten two but at $24 for one, it's hardly worth buying. But the quinoa pasta was cooked to an amazing texture and the "cheese" sauce was loaded with flavour. To be honest, I'll most likely never be back because of the portion sizes. Had they of been bigger and more filling I would have rated higher stars and come back more often. Good veg food is hard to find in this area!
I visited here in summer last year and I really liked it. Came back again tonight and I loved it! Great food, I ordered the Mac and squeeze dish which was delicious and warming on an unusually snowy mid September day! I also got the truffles for dessert. The staff were great, the service was quick, the prices were reasonable.
I had a wonderful experience at Nourish in Banff! Although a bit expensive, it was around the same price we would spend on dinner in the town. I ordered the vegan mac and cheese, which came with gnocchi, a coconut cream sauce, some veggies and crunchy kale. I was in heaven while eating the entire bowl, although there should have been a protein source added to it. My friend got the lasagna of the day, which came out as a very large slice on a wooden palette that she greatly enjoyed and I had the pleasure of finishing the last few delicious bites!. I was very tempted by the dessert options, but my friend had no more room in her stomach after the lasagna! Our waiter was very nice and I loved how the first question they ask is if you have any dietary restrictions! Place was very cute and well decorated! Definitely would go back next time I am in Banff!
