Chili's has recently greatly reduced their locations in Alberta which is a bit of a shame because what they do seem to fit a good niche. Mind you, I've never been entirely blown away by the Chili's food and experience but it provides a consistent experience at a reasonable price. This has been most prominent for me at the Banff location so I'm happy that this location survived. Most recently my family and a couple of friends visited. The staff there was very accommodating for our restless children. We were given a somewhat isolated table. Our food was tasty and enjoyable.
Carly the bartender was superb! Fajitas were also superb. Would recommended and will definitely come back! Devon is also a great supervisor! Great, friendly staff!
We stopped here after a full day of exploring Banff with two small kids. The food was good, it took a little longer then we would have liked, but the staff were great. They were friendly,!accommodating, and willing to help. They moved our table because the corner we were in didnt seem to have A/C and they were great with the kids.
I thought this was a nice place to grab dinner whilst staying in Banff. It was just down the road from my hotel, which I liked, so it wasn't such a long walk away. I had a kids menu since I don't eat much and found the little mouth burger a delicious but very basic burger to have. However, my parents had very fancy fajitas which they said were very nice as well. The staff were lovely and gave lots of recommendations of their favourite items too.
I remember being happy to find an American brand we liked, here. We ate upstairs; that was something we had never done in our smaller Chili's at home. We had a nice view of the rest of the restaurant as well.This one was larger and had a wider variety of items on the menu. I had Green Chicken Enchiladas, and my companion had the salmon. We did not remember having salmon as a menu choice in other Chili's we've eaten at. Emily was our server and she took good care of us.Parking was free and easy and the restrooms were taken care of.
