I was at the Fairmont for a conference.As a person who eats a ketogenic diet, it's very important to find places that can accommodate. I went to the Rundle Lounge at the Fairmont and was hoping to find something that I could eat. After a slight misunderstanding, Chris, the manager made sure to go above and beyond to ensure that I had something that would fit my way of eating.Once I got my food, it was fresh, and exactly what I had ordered. Delicious!Kudos to the staff, especially Vicente and Chris. They were kind and apologetic for the slight error. Keep up the great work!
High Tea at the Rundle lounge was amazing! So many teas to choose from, delicious food and an amazing view! Friendly staff too!!
The staff was very welcoming and we enjoyed every bit of it! I highly recommend if you are around the area! Its a great experience and the view is breath taking.
One of my two favorite bars in the world, the other one being at the Chateau Lake Louise. Great spot to grab a beverage and a snack in the late afternoon while you relax, enjoy the view and ponder your adventures of the day or your plans for the evening ahead. Be sure to chat with the wait staff beyond your order. They are always from another part of Canada or the world and are such interesting young people!
Why skip a classic experience ... at the Fairmont ... in Banff? The experience doesn't disappoint. The views are stunning, the service is delightful, and the tea, scones, sandwiches, and desserts are perfection. I appreciated the sniffing station to help me with my tea selection. Stick with the regular afternoon tea. The addition of champagne and the cheese board is overwhelming.
