Great food, great prices. We had Lobster au gratin and chicken n rib main. Excellent service with a special mention to our waitress Lauren (English). Superb!!!
I dont understand why they open at 4pm. What about people that want to have lunch.... why not open at 12 or 1pm.....
Don't go. Most likely the worst Keg steakhouse experience I have had. I don't want to be to unkind. The food, service and presentation was definitely not up to Keg's usual quality. We had to wait over 1 hour to have our main course. My prime rib was not prepared properly and it was barely warm. I had ordered a medium 14 oz prime rib. My beans and asparagus were still raw and again barely warm.The food quality overall was not very good. I will never come back to this location again and will never recommend this Keg to anyone. I don't want to go on and on but it was a waste of my money.
Overpriced, average (at best) food and poor service.Of all the dishes we ordered, only my ice wedge salad was really good. Prime ribs were way too fat (I know there needs to be some fat, but what we got was ridiculous). Potatoes were also disappointing. On the good side, all the hot dishes arrived hot and on hot plates.Our waiter seemed weird and missed one of the drinks we ordered. Note to the owner: if your guests can see the kitchen, one of your cooks cursing after dropping food, then putting said food on the plate is not something they want to see and hear. If this happened before we ate, we'd left.
Cant say Ive ever written a bad review, but this was awful 10/10 do NOT recommend nothing was cooked proper and service was horrific. We saw a kitchen member eat out of a pan.. which may be normal but should not be able to be witnessed .The keg is a usual option for us but this location has completely turned us off. It was my birthday and I chose to leave right after instead of having dessert as I was so disappointed. Would rather spend money at Dairy Queen or anywhere else honestly.
