I like this Spa. I have been going for almost 10 years. The owner is really nice and the Spa treatments amazing. It's a quiet place with nice view of the mountains. Definitely you should stop by. Yes even guys, you should try a pedicure, really relaxing. What are you waiting for, book a treatment and relax in Banff on the rooftop.
Had a great time. First time getting a Brazilian wax and my tech was very experienced, kind, and professional. Had an amazing body scrub and there is no comparison for the infinity shower!!! Definitely hooked!

Great Downtown Spa experience!!My wife and I recently visited Mountain Spa for a 90 minute couples massage and we thouoghly enjoyed our experience. The spa is decorated nicely and very clean. Its on the smaller side but has a very calm and relaxing theme to it. The massage itself was great! Both of us felt our RMTs were well trained and had good communication skills. The tables are very comfortable as they can be adjusted in multiple ways. Even the face cradle is comfortable! Id certainly recommend Mountain Spa and we will be back for future treatments. My advice would be to get there early enough for a steam shower prior to your treatment. This was a nice bonus for us. You will also need a few minutes to fill out the health history form and speak with your therapist.
I have been going to Mountain Harmony Spa for many years and without fail, each experience is 5 star. I have had a number of different services along with a variety of employees and everytime, without fail, I come out feeling rejuvenated. Most recently I had a massage with Anton and was extremely impressed with the service provided. I would recommend Mountain Harmony Spa to anyone living or visiting Banff. You won't be disappointed!
