Their store in Banff is amazing, but they also have a great selection online. The last couple orders I have purchased, delivery has been earlier than expected, so quick into Calgary! Whilst choking on the extreme prices, an assistant came over to me. I assumed she was about to ask if I required any assistance however instead, she walked right up to the mirror next to me, flicked her hair, studied her reflection and continued on her way. Im fine thanks. Ill just put my credit card back in my pocket.
Good selection of outdoor wear, however the staff is outright aweful. There were groups of staff that were female just having conversations amongst themselves and completely ignored customers. When someone I was with went to pay for something he wanted, he stood there for awhile before someone came to ring in his purchase.
