Worst shoe store I've been too in all of Canada. The employees only serve one customer at a time, instead of multi tasking like every other store. I waited 15 minutes, always looking at the 3 employees trying to get their attention to try on a shoe size. They are focused only on selling and ringing in the shoes for a commission. Standing watching their 1 customer only. When nicely asking the guy at the til when we could get service, with attitude he said we just have to wait and told us other hours more employees were working. We were prepared to spend 300 at least and then we went to Atmosphere which was amazing and we were out in 15 mins with purchases and knowledge of the product.
Worst service ever. The employee name RORY ruined the experience and the day for my guest who were visiting. This person has zero patience and was sarcastic the whole time. Seemed as if he hated his job. If so then he shouldnt be there. My guest was looking for sizes in hats, and his idea of help was if u dont like look for something else. We thought he has a bad day but it didnt end there. At the time of payment he asked for Id which I understand is required by law, the tone of his voice body language was as if he he doing is a favour. While we were leaving he had a sarcastic comment to add on. This is the worst display behaviour. If the owner of this store cares a bit about his business. This guy is gonna bring your business down. At least list my business for ever.
Worst experience ever. Employees are so rude. My son accidentally dropped shoe and he almost kicked us out. Never going back to another footlocker. If hes going to be in customer service he better understand how to deal with children
OVERALL: Decent selection, a bit over priced. STAFF: Very nice staff, kept their distance until they could tell we required assistance. I think they read my body language well - I was not initially looking to be bombarded or offered help.INVENTORY: Regular stock, although the pricing was a little higher than normal. Adidas hoodie in Calgary runs around $80 and was $90 in Banff. Found a nice hoodie - random brand on sale for $25 and super happy.
