waited to be helped & when we were, associate was extremely unhelpful and was not forth coming with recommendations. If I wasnt in a hurry I wouldve gone somewhere else to make my purchase. Lacking customer service skills.
Got some para cord. It was a good store but my son was whinny and forced me to leave before I could funny enjoy my time in the store. Although I had to leave earlier than I wanted to and couldnt complete the desired amount of shopping I had set out to complete, I had a good ish time. the staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. The products they carried were all very good quality and I would say worth the high cost.
Small but awesome store, Great staff and very knowledgeable with technical gear , If you need anything whilst away in Banff This is your store.
Was looking after an item and couldn't find it. So I asked an assistant. It sold out... ok. I still need the item but they didn't offered that they could order it or anything. Know what? You probably didn't want my money, I can spent it somewhere else!
The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I have never been so happy/confident buying shoes. We had the managers helping us and It was the best experience we've each had in a shoe/sports store ever.
