I love my Dr. and the staff at Bear St. Family Physicians.
Went for some X-rays a week ago, doctors surgery got my birthday wrong by ten years and spelt my name wrong, cue a hour of running around calling Alberta health. Was told the doctor would contact me regarding results. After two days I called myself and was told to call back on Monday as the doctor was away. Called back today and after spelling my name 4 times and giving my date of birth, the receptionist still couldnt seem to find my name. So I guess after a week of being in the dark Ill try another doctor.
