Very disappointed with your rates. They look very good when you book it, but then it turns out that you are fully responsible for the car if you don't take out all sort of insurances. The 24 hour car hire worked out the same price as when I had taken a taxi to my destination.
The rental agent took their time to explain everything to us so we knew exactly what were signing up for. I didn't know that there was hold on our credit card when you a rent car from most Canadian rental car companies. I verified this with other providers a short time later and it is true! This transparency is appreciated! The car was great as well!

Of all the rental places in Banff, by far the friendliest staff in town. They actually listen to what you have say and try to work with your needs. Everyone seems more concerned about just getting you to spend your money and leave. I had to wait half an hour for a car but other then that it was great rental experience.
This is a fraud company!!!! I and my friend paid in cash for the rent(they didnt give us a receipt) and I put my credit card as a deposit but they charge me both!!! After that I went to the desk again and explained the situation. They said sorry and they tought they didnt charge my credit card according to their system. So I tought there should be a mistake by my credit card company. And now I am back in my country and checked the situation with my credit card company and they are sure that this Rent car company is still charging me! Please fix the situation if you see this! And I want to warn a international customer! it could happen to you too!!!
