Great store had a higher quality of gifts than the other shops
One of our favorite shops in Banff! The Godiva Chocolate is amazing... make sure to stop and take a picture with the moose :)
This store had terrible customer service. The sales associates were extremely rude, and upon asking for help, no one was helping. After I bought a hoodie, I noticed it had a rip and the owner would refuse to return it - the store had a no return or exchange policy...not that I was told when buying or written anywhere.
We love coming here whenever we're in Banff. Stocked up on gifts for my family in the UK - maple syrup, maple tea, mugs & sweaters - which they loved. Staff are always very helpful. Great shop!
Beautiful garden and we'll groomed. Away from the traffic and lovely waterfall to pull you into serenity.
