Nice mountain to climb when in Banff. The first 20 minutes are moderately hard then it's pretty much flat after that. Lots of different photo ops when up on top of the mountain. You can see Banff from one side of the mountain and a scenic view of nature and a golf course on the other side. They say you can hike the mountain in two hours but you can do it in less than an hour if you don't stop.
Pretty easy hike that is doable with kids but it can get slippery during wintertime so consider bringing spikes. The views are ok but not the greatest in the area but you can see a cool view of the Banff from the top.
Super fun hike, slushy in april still so water proof boots are a good idea
This was a great hike for the whole family. Nice way to spend the afternoon. Good hike for getting back into shape
I hike quite often so this one feels like a good starter hike for people who want to get into the habit of hiking and expiring places.
