My daughter was brought in after breaking her leg slipping on ice. I have to say that every member of staff was above and beyond helpful and she was operated on the next day. The finance people worked with us/her to sort out payment (she is on a working visa) and liaise with her insurance. The doctors were cheerful and kept us informed, the nursing staff were caring and compassionate. Everything was really clean and the food, when she could eat, was pretty good and took into account her dietary needs. Everybody involved made what was a traumatic experience just a little easier and I am so appreciative.
We have a had a few trips to this hospital. The first time through the ER and we were treated kindly and in a prompt manner. Recently we were just there as my son haf knee surgery and Dr.Laurie and all the staff were incredibly friendly and kind.
Was in Banff for the weekend had a bit of a breathing problem went to the emergency between the two nurses and the doctor I was handle with the most care Ive every had very impressed small town hospital with very big hearts
Need to find out who the female Dr was working the ER on Saturday May 26 2018. My daughter went in in distress, and pain and was sent away saying just a simple flu....no blood work, not x-ray not even a listen to her lungs...... returned two days later to a lovely lovely Dr Shepard who immediately did chest x-ray and found pnemonia. This women was also rude and acted like my daughter was a waste of time. Sending someone away with pnemonia is very dangerous. She needs to be reprimanded and I'm going a complaint when I find out her name.....THANK YOU DR SHEPHERD. My daughter is 18 alone and half way across the country and you took care of her
Great experience. We were referred as priority from the Alpine Walk In clinic, which was amazing in itself. As soon as we got there we were rushed through triage and had a bed as soon as possible. Before we even had ourselves organized the staff began tests, and before we even knew it treatment was started. Thank you.
