I perpetually have the worst customer service here. A dept. manager actually started walking away from me in the middle of my question. Hate that I'm still waiting on a product to be re-ordered instead of letting me return it. Worst place to shop.

I like the fact the you can still buy the authentic Hudson bay clothing. they also sell the cashmere Hudson's bay scarfs which is something i think everyone should have.
Suitable size for a small town, have satisfactory number of collections for each department. Very friendly and accommodating staff; always love to visit it being a local.
