Last weekend I was travelling from Revelstoke to the Red Deer River for a canoe trip and my brakes started badly grinding when I pulled in for gas in Banff. I did a quick Google search for local mechanics and saw that Banff Service had the best reviews, so I gave them a call and spoke to Courtney. Courtney was very upfront and told me that they were about to close for the day but they could fit me in first thing in the morning. It turned out that I needed a complete brake overhaul and it was going to take all day. She kept me informed and let me know how much it would cost and when my van would be ready etc. So I made the most of it and spent the day hiking around Banff and the van was ready by late afternoon. I'm very very thankful that Courtney managed to fit me in with no notice at all and I'm very happy with my brakes now. Thank you guys! :)
Had some tiny issues with our car (cigarette lighter/ weird noise).Got there without an appointment, but the man at the front desk helped us out even though they were totally booked out. Fixed the lighter/charger and told us where the noise was coming from. Would definitely go there again.
Absolutely great service from Courtney Sal and will. Got my old jeep back up running for me .within the budget I had too! Great locals ! Freindly service and fair pricing! I would give them 10 stars but 5 is the max
Definitely recommend this place!! I just showed up one day with an overheated engine and they helped me on the spot. Did not charge me anything to diagnose the problem and tell me how to get home safely without having to replace the radiator at that time. He checked my oil too and added some just as an added bonus. Great service!!!
Love the team here! They are all so friendly, and always helpful. Even running out to the vehicle I had dropped off when I called because I had forgot something in the car. They checked for me and had my stuff there when I arrived to grab it. Also, their shop dog is an old soul but such a big sweetheart! More interested in treats than anything else.
